REGULAR SEASON VOLUNTEERS:

• TEAM DINNERS

Help with our team dinners! Total number of dancers & coaches will be given to you at the beginning of the season. Location & time will be reserved for you. You will be fully reimbursed for your purchases. You will need to order food, pick up and set-up in our designated location. As a team we can pick up everything together so once everything is set-up you are free to go!

• KOWALSKI’S CHAPERONE

We will be volunteering at two Kowalski’s locations the week of Thanksgiving. Our dancers help customers carry groceries and push out carts to cars. We collect donations in a donation box at a designated table display. We need 1 parent chaperone during each timeframe to stay by our donation box and watch over

our dancers. Each shift is 3 hours. Once the shift is completed you are fee to go!

• BANQUET

Help set up the morning of our Year End Banquet! Venue is reserved and all decor will be provided. Help make our celebration of our athletes memorable.

WINTERFEST VOLUNTEER AREAS:

• REGISTRATION

Greet teams and hand out day of info to coaches as they arrive to our competition. This position needs to be done by a female in case you need to lead teams to dressing rooms.

• ADMISSIONS

Help take payments for spectators at the front entryway for Winterfest. 

​

• HOSPITALITY

Help organize food/beverages needed for day of and set-up and maintain the coaches & judges break room during Winterfest. This position will work together with Concessions and place one food order together.  

​

• CONCESSIONS

Help organize food/beverages needed for day of and set-up and maintain the concessions area during Winterfest. This position will work together with Hospitality and place one food order together.  

​

• GIFTS TABLE

Decide on and order gifts to sell as well as help set-up and maintain the gifts table during Winterfest.

​

• SECURITY

Help bring sandwich board signs outside to entrances of parking lot. Greet bus drivers & coaches as they arrive to MVHS and help navigate drivers to provided parking if bus is staying. 

​

• CONCESSIONS RUNNER

Be available with your car the day of Winterfest. This person will run to pick up food orders at scheduled times for Concessions and any other pick-ups needed throughout the day of our competition.
